The Aquila Society is dedicated to passing on the Catholic faith. Our first and foremost goal is to teach the faith in an engaging way and within the fullness of Catholic teaching. Aquila and his wife Priscilla lived ordinary lives during the first century. They were ordinary tentmakers but encountered a man preaching of resurrection and the Kingdom of God, St. Paul. They are referenced multiple times by Paul in his letters. They assisted with his message, supported his mission and helped him spread the faith. In the same spirit, The Aquila Society aims to help carry the message of Christ today. Those with ordinary lives, jobs, and families can work to do their part in passing on the faith. Coepi Academy is the core formation for that endeavor. It is designed for parents who wonder, have I passed on the Catholic faith to my children? This formation provides guidance and support to help fulfill that calling.
"Greet Priscilla and Aquila, my co-workers in Christ Jesus. They risked their lives for me"
Romans 16:3-4
Through this page you can contribute new lesson ideas or improvements to existing course material. The hope is that eventually every lesson would eventually be replaced and be crowdsourced. How amazing to have priests, parents, and contributors all write a piece of the journey through the faith. We want to keep topic/lessons fresh and will show you as a contributor or author for that lesson
You may submit either:
• New Lesson for that topic, we want you to reflect, how you would explain an existing topic, and if approved will update with your content!
• New topic proposals the Catholic church has many doors, so if you see something we haven’t covered we would love to add to an existing course!
Each submission is reviewed before being added to the curriculum to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with the teachings of the Church. If you feel called to share your knowledge or experience, we welcome your contribution. Together we can continue building a strong foundation of faith for the next generation.
